




Job Summary: This role involves administering and maintaining information systems, providing local help desk support, installing and configuring hardware and software, and troubleshooting system and connectivity issues. Key Highlights: 1. Administer and maintain information systems to ensure their reliability. 2. Provide local technical support and user training. 3. Evaluate and implement new technologies (hardware and software). **Overview:** Administer and maintain the organization’s information systems to ensure that they function reliably and in accordance with user needs. Install and configure information systems and associated hardware in accordance with technical specifications. Communicate with system users. Efficiently investigate, trouble\-shoot, and resolve system problems. When necessary, escalate system problems to more senior staff. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Local Help Desk for end\-users support; provides support to all new technologies (hardware \& software) required by the company 2\. Training Google workspace to other users 3\. New Software /Software Installation /. Install and set up the new equipment in the company 4\. Control of Licenses / PC Inventory / PC Maintenance. Perform the corrective maintenance to the computer systems (hardware) of all company. 5\. Solves the different problems in the networks and connectivity of all the computer equipment of the company. 6\. Perform maintenance to computers in floor 7\. Perform maintenance to Equipment of Check In / Out Clocks 8\. Windows / Cell Phones Support Solution to the problems of telephony and communication that appear in the company. 9\. Evaluates and implements the new technologies (hardware, software) required by the company. 10\. Watch the lines of communications, UPS and the emergency plant work correctly.. 11\. Similar functions as well are required. **Requirements:** **Education:** A Bachelor of Science Degree in computer discipline is required.
