Take the next step in your career journey and discover our exciting opportunities. **We are currently hiring a Coordinator \- Recruitment Administration to support our client in the Aviation industry.** ### **The Role** To provide efficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process as part of the recruitment administration team. To act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to their area of responsibility. **This is a hybrid role working 2\-3 days per week at our AMS office in Monterrey.** ### **What you will do: (Key Accountabilities)** * Oversees account\-specific administration activities such as job posting, interview scheduling, help desk support, applicant tracking system updates, and pre\-employment screening or reference checks initiation or verification * Managing various ad\-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process * Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines * Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (e.g., PEs vendor), and other account stakeholders * Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes * Management of day\-to\-day queries relating to their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary * Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team * Fully utilizes technology and other rollouts and changes implemented to the team ### **What you will bring:** * **Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders** * **Leverage bilingual proficiency\- Spanish \& English to communicate effectively across diverse teams and audiences** * **Apply offer management expertise, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to process** * Bring comprehensive administrative expertise, using Excel and structured processes to support operations with strong attention to detail * Navigate change with agility, adapting effectively in fast\-paced, high\-pressure, and evolving environments * Exhibit flexibility and resilience, maintaining performance while managing shifting priorities **Behavioural Skills** * Growth Mindset \- proficiency level 2 * Focuses on self development \- proficiency level 2 * Acts Proactively and At Pace – proficiency level 2 * Accepts and Adapts to Change – Proficiency Level 2 * Perseverance \- proficiency level 3 * Follows Processes and Guidelines \- proficiency level 2 * Attention to Detail – proficiency level 3 * Manages Priorities \- proficiency level 1 * Service Excellence \- proficiency level 2 * Effective Communication \- proficiency level 2 * Partnering with Colleagues \- proficiency level 2 * Stakeholder Partnering \- proficiency level 1 **Technical Skills** * MS Office \- proficiency level 2 ### **Other** **What you’ll get in return:** Here at AMS, you have the opportunity to work on projects that integrate across our practice areas, supporting and innovating delivery for our clients.
