Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Assistant for technical support, computer equipment maintenance, and management of updates and backups. Key Responsibilities: 1. REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Technical degree in Computer Science or Computer Systems. * Residence near the work area. * Minimum desirable experience: 1 year in a similar position. * Knowledge of: Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment, on-site and remote technical support, software and hardware installation and configuration. * RESPONSIBILITIES: * User (staff) support. * Data updates and backups. * Preventive and corrective maintenance.
