Analysis of prices and budgets for projects A reputable company specializing in construction services is looking for: **COST AND BUDGET ANALYST FOR CONSTRUCTION** **WE OFFER:** Job stability **Salary:** From MXN 28,000, negotiable (take-home pay) / full statutory benefits / 100% salary reported to IMSS * Negotiable based on qualifications (assessment test required) **Employment Type** * Full-time * On-site; Guadalajara, Jal. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering Minimum 2 years verifiable experience as a cost and budget analyst in civil or commercial construction projects. **ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE:** Neodata unit-cost software (mandatory), or equivalent tool. AutoCAD (basic knowledge for consultation and interpretation) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Construction processes Project quantification (estimators) **WE ARE SEEKING AN ANALYST TO JOIN THE COST DEPARTMENT:** · Development of itemized catalogs · Public works tenders; preparation of technical and economic proposals · Analysis of extraordinary prices · Reconciliation of extraordinary prices · Material and subcontractor quotations · Analysis of masonry, civil works, finishes, earthworks, pavements, and structures · Analysis of machinery · Analysis of FASAR · Analysis of indirect costs, financing, and profit · Preparation of parametric budgets for projects of varying scale and complexity. **REQUIRED PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:** Analytical ability Assertive communication Results orientation Continuous improvement Adaptability to change Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM; flexible schedule required during tender periods Work location: Col.
