




Job Summary: Manages the procurement process for materials, supplies, and services, negotiating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and optimal terms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the procurement process for essential materials and services. 2. Negotiate with suppliers to optimize pricing and quality. 3. Identify opportunities for cost savings and improvement in procurement. Ensure timely supply of materials, supplies, and services required for manufacturing metal structures, securing optimal conditions regarding price, quality, and delivery time through proper management and supplier negotiation. Functions and Responsibilities * Manage the procurement process for materials, supplies, and services required for operations and production. * Prepare quotations, conduct supplier comparisons, and negotiate pricing. * Track purchase requisitions originating from production, warehouse, and projects. * Manage purchase orders and ensure on-time material delivery. * Maintain an updated supplier registry and develop new sourcing options. * Monitor deliveries, shortages, or incidents with suppliers. * Control procurement documentation and coordinate with administrative and warehouse departments. * Identify opportunities for cost savings and improvement in procurement processes. Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of **2 years of experience in procurement**. * **Preferably experience in procurement within the metal-mechanical industry**, structural steel, or materials for manufacturing metal structures. * Experience in supplier negotiation. * Proficiency in Excel and purchase order management. * Strong organizational, follow-up, and pressure-management skills.
