Position Summary: We are seeking a BIM REVIT Designer/Modeler with experience in structural modeling and fabrication drawing generation, collaborating with engineering and production. Preparation of fabrication and assembly drawings for steel structures **BIM REVIT DESIGNER/MODELER** We seek a candidate with experience in **structural modeling and fabrication drawing generation**, capable of working closely with engineering and production to ensure proper project execution. **Responsibilities** * Perform **structural massing** based on structural design drawings. * Model **structural elements** in **Autodesk Revit**. * Model **connections between structural elements** according to structural drawings. * Prepare **fabrication and assembly drawings** for steel structures. * Generate **construction details, sections, views, and material take-offs**. * Interpret structural drawings and coordinate information with the engineering department. * Support model review and updates in accordance with project requirements. **Requirements** * Experience in **steel structure modeling**. * Proficiency in **Autodesk Revit**. * Experience preparing **fabrication and assembly drawings**. * Ability to interpret **structural drawings**. * Knowledge of applicable standards: * **AISC** * **AWS** * **NTC** * **IMCA** **PROFILE** * Technical degree or bachelor's degree in **Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field**. * Desirable experience in **industrial building projects or steel structure projects**. * Attention to detail and technical interpretation capability. * Teamwork with engineering and production departments.
