We have a passion and enthusiasm for what we do and a sincere care for each other and our clients. **About The Role** We are looking for an experienced RFP Lead to manage incoming RFP requests and new business pitches. This is a part\-time contract role starting at approximately 40 hours per month, with flexibility to scale during periods of increased RFP and pitch activity. Candidates must be located in the Americas or within the UK time zone. **Who You Are** * You are a seasoned leader, who’s able to manage projects with a calm, collaborative approach * A clear, strategic communicator with a strong ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling, client\-ready content * You’re comfortable juggling competing priorities and managing asynchronous communication * You have a strong understanding of digital services, and ideally, exposure to Content Management Systems * You value autonomy and have the self\-management skills to operate dependably in a remote role **What You've Done** * You have 3\-5\+ years experience supporting sales teams within a digital agency, website development shop or consulting environment * Extensive experience leading full RFP responses: gathering inputs, drafting and refining content, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and handling final submissions * Proven ability to create persuasive sales decks, pitch narratives, capability overviews, and proposal templates * Experience working with technical teams (engineering, product, UX, QA) to extract and articulate solution details * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English * Skilled at managing projects across time zones and collaborating with distributed teams * Comfortable working independently with strong follow\-through *Bonus* * Demonstrated improvements in RFP win rates through strategic refinements or process enhancements * Familiarity with WordPress, Drupal, or other CMS platforms * Experience with Slack, HubSpot CRM, and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) * Prior work within publishing, media, or enterprise\-scale digital environments **What You'll Do at XWP** Your core function will be to help XWP win work through exceptional RFPs and pitches: * Proactively monitor and reply to incoming client correspondence * Lead the creation of customized, high\-quality RFP responses and proposal templates * Analyze and summarize key requirements in RFPs and align them with our capabilities * Manage the client communication, moving leads through the funnel via content, discovery calls, or strategic outreach * Actively participate in the smooth running of sales operations and collaborate with team members on the deployment of our enterprise solutions * Attend prospective customer calls as availability permits **What Success Looks Like** * Timely, high\-quality, and tailored RFP responses that reflect XWP’s capabilities to meet client needs * Increased conversion rates with sales pitches and efficiency in developing sales materials * Strong internal alignment between Sales, Delivery and the Tech teams * Proactive communication and follow\-through on tasks with minimal oversight * Participation and activation within XWP’s community and remote culture **Payscale \& Benefits** * Trust and support from your colleagues (we look out for each other and work together towards our shared goals and vision) * The rewards of a highly collaborative culture (we’re a team, not a working group) * Remote work done right!
