Sr. Operations Analyst Objetivo: Analiza y revisa las solicitudes de contratos, previamente autorizados por el Área de Crédito a los clientes y distribuidores. Prepara y revisa toda la debida información para la activación y fondeo de contratos Seguimiento a documentación legal hasta que ésta quede resguardada en bóveda. Análisis de tablas especiales y proyectos especiales en coordinación con el área comercial Participación en pruebas de nuevos sistemas y proyectos Cumplimiento de los indicadores clave de rendimiento sobre tiempos de respuesta. Tareas Principales:* Administrar y validar la documentación necesaria para la contratación de productos financieros (AF, AP y CD). * Elaborar contratos, gestionar modificaciones y coordinar procesos de pólizas con carroceros. * Revisar alertas PLD, condicionantes de crédito, seguros y cartera vencida. * Registrar, actualizar y dar seguimiento a operaciones en ProleaseNET, incluyendo fondeo, pagos y registros especiales para flotas. * Coordinar actividades con las áreas de crédito, cobranza y comercial. * Gestionar pagos a carroceros, distribuidores e incentivos. * Asegurar el cumplimiento y cierre adecuado del ciclo contractual. * Contribuir en pruebas, ajustes de procesos y mantener la confidencialidad de información sensible.
