This role is focused on quality systems, audits, PPAP, and process control within a manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain and control the IATF 16949 Quality Management System * Issue and manage PPAP documentation * Support APQP activities and product validations * Coordinate internal, second\-party, and third\-party audits * Perform root cause analysis for internal deviations * Execute product, process, and system audits * Follow up on product deviations and change control * Review product specifications and generate part numbers * Participate in continuous improvement activities **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Materials, Metallurgy, Metrology, or related field * Experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role * IATF 16949 / ISO Internal Auditor * Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan) * ERP system management * English proficiency * Office tools (Excel, Word) **Desirable Experience** * 1 year of experience in heat treatment processes. * 3 years of experience in the automotive industry. * Microstructure interpretation. * Destructive testing knowledge. * Experience using microscope, universal testing machine, or metallographic equip Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: $34,000\.00 \- $37,000\.00 al mes Idioma: * inglés (avanzado) (Deseable) Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
