In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by leveraging your technical expertise and sales skills to provide innovative solutions to our clients. * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the industrial sector * Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients * Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized solutions for client needs * Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies * Prepare and present detailed technical proposals and quotations * Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention * Travel within the Santiago de Querétaro region to meet with clients and attend industry events * Contribute to the development of new products and services based on market feedback * Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) * 3\-5 years of experience in technical sales or a related field * Strong technical knowledge in relevant engineering disciplines * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite * Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal) * Knowledge of industrial equipment and processes * Understanding of local market trends and customer needs in Santiago de Querétaro and surrounding areas * Ability to analyze complex technical information and explain it clearly to non\-technical audiences * Strong problem\-solving and negotiation skills * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region **Additional Information** La posición tiene responsabilidad en Querétaro, S.L.P. y Guanajuato.
