Job Responsibilities\*\* * Perform routine preventative maintenance on shell presses, including lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments. * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on shell press equipment. * Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components such as bearings, gears, motors, and hydraulic/pneumatic cylinders. * Calibrate and align press components to maintain optimal performance and product quality. * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for troubleshooting and repair. * Document maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and time spent. * Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout, during maintenance activities. * Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize press operation. * Assist in the installation and commissioning of new shell press machinery. * Maintain a clean and organized work area.
