Here, you’ll have the freedom to explore new sourcing strategies, leverage market insights, and continuously improve how we attract talent to Danfoss. **What You’ll Be Doing** ------------------------ * **Source and engage** top talent for a variety of global roles, creating both immediate shortlists and long\-term pipelines. * **Leverage market intelligence and sourcing tools** to identify candidates and ensure a seamless transition to Talent Acquisition teams. * **Champion the Danfoss employer brand** , delivering an excellent candidate experience for both active and passive talent. * **Analyze talent data** to identify market trends and provide actionable insights to Talent Acquisition partners. * **Continuously refine** sourcing processes, tools, and materials to optimize efficiency and quality of hires. **What We're Looking For** -------------------------- * University degree in **Business, HR, Psychology** or equivalent, plus experience in **Active Sourcing** (ideally in an international context). * Strong understanding of **talent acquisition processes** , with a focus on candidate experience and sourcing excellence. * Proficiency in **English and Spanish** ; Portuguese is a plus. * Knowledge of sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and ability to interpret data to guide decisions. * Experience working in a **global, matrix organization** . * Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills. * Organized, proactive, and confident in challenging the status quo to implement new ideas. **Ready to Make a Difference?** ------------------------------- If this role excites you, apply now and start the conversation.
