Promote a strong safety culture Job Description: Net Electric is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EHS Specialist to ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations within the organization. This role will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving EHS programs, while promoting a strong safety culture across the plant. Key Responsibilities: Implement and follow up on Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs Ensure compliance with Mexican regulations (STPS, SEMARNAT, Civil Protection, etc.) Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections across the facility Coordinate EHS training programs for employees Investigate incidents and accidents, developing corrective action plans Monitor and enforce proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Support internal and external EHS audits Maintain updated EHS documentation and regulatory records Coordinate emergency response teams and drills Promote a strong safety culture among employees Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Environmental Engineering, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in EHS within manufacturing environments Knowledge of STPS regulations, ISO 14001, and industrial safety standards Knowledge and experience with EHS-related certifications (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or similar) Experience with risk assessments and audit processes English proficiency (70–80% conversational) Previous experience in manufacturing companies Experience in Chinese-owned companies is a plus Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Important: Please apply only if you meet the EHS experience requirement and have conversational English skills.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Educación superior - Licenciatura 2 años de experiencia Idiomas: Inglés Edad: entre 25 y 45 años Licencias de conducir: A Palabras clave: especialista, residente, encargado, supervisor, subgerente, responsable, coordinador, gestor, capitan, escolta, guardia, vigilante, guarda, guard, vigilancia, aseo, higiene, cleaning, limpieza
