Optimizar algoritmos web y estrategia de Retail Media Mission: This role is responsible for providing sales forecasts and optimizing visibility, conversion, and competitiveness for assigned accounts. This position will not only work with Mr. KAM but will also collaborate daily with internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Content, Finance) and external teams (Category Managers, SVS/Meli PRO) to develop strategies and drive sales growth within the account. Main objectives: Develop and present promotional strategies, financial projections, and category plans to the KAM. Provide regular reports and insights on sales, media, audience performance, and market trends. Present category updates during monthly business reviews, highlighting performance, risks, and strategic opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Demand Management to build Sell-In/Sell-Out forecasts. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations on the allocation and fulfillment of purchase orders. Build expertise with website algorithms (Amazon / Mercado Libre / Others), strengthening Flywheel, audience segmentation, and paid media (AMS and DSP) to boost category/customer performance. Share responsibility for the Retail Media strategy and sales performance for assigned product categories/clients, driving sustainable and profitable growth, working closely with the E-retail Marketing team. Collaborate with content and Retail Media teams to review and implement creatives and other materials during campaigns for assigned categories/clients. Ensure, in conjunction with the E-commerce Activator: Optimization of Content Scoring and Ratings and Reviews for assigned categories/clients. Ensure best-in-class management of brand stores, delivering compelling brand messaging through the implementation of seasonal campaigns and key product launches, while providing an engaging user experience.
