Descripción y detalle de las actividades * Manage supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply and performance * Create and manage purchase orders (POs) in SAP * Monitor open orders and resolve delivery exceptions (late, short, or damaged shipments) * Maintain inventory levels aligned to targets and business needs * Analyze demand, supply, and inventory data to support decision\-making * Partner with suppliers on lead times, forecasts, and issue resolution * Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and finance * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (operations, finance, sales, planning) * Identify and drive process improvements within procurement and supply chain * Maintain accurate system data (lead times, pricing, MOQ, etc.) Experiencia y requisitos * Experience working in SAP ERP system * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables,VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis) * Ability to manage and interpret large datasets * Familiarity with supply chain KPIs (inventory turns, service levels, lead times) * English 90% mandatory * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred) * 2–5\+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or planning * Experience managing suppliers and purchase orders * Exposure to inventory management and demand/supply planning concepts Beneficios * Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT * comedor * fondo de ahorro * transporte **Número de vacantes** 1 **Área** Compras **Contrato** Temporal **Modalidad** Presencial **Turno** Diurno **Jornada** Tiempo Completo **Horario*** Tiempo completo * Turno Matutino * Lunes a viernes **Estudios** Carrera con título profesional **Inglés** Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado **Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
