We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with deep expertise in cloud\-native development and AWS serverless architectures. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing and building scalable backend services, event\-driven platforms, and modern APIs, while playing a key role in shaping resilient, high\-availability cloud infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain backend services in Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django). * Build serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, and Step Functions. * Design and integrate REST APIs for internal and external use. * Implement event\-driven architectures, message queues, and microservices. * Develop data ingestion and processing pipelines using AWS\-native tools. * Deploy and manage cloud workloads on AWS (EC2, EKS, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM). * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CodePipeline). * Collaborate with DevOps and Data teams to enhance infrastructure, observability, and security. * Write maintainable, well\-tested code following best engineering practices. * Monitor system performance and optimize cost, scalability, and latency. **Required Skills \& Experience** * 5\+ years of experience with Python development (Django, FastAPI, Flask). * Strong hands\-on experience with AWS: Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, EC2, S3, EKS/ECS. * Proven experience building REST APIs and microservices. * Experience with Docker and container\-based development. * Familiarity with Kubernetes (EKS preferred). * Solid understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud security fundamentals. * Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB). **Nice\-to\-Have Skills** * Experience with data pipelines (Glue, Athena, Kafka, Airflow). * Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch). * Understanding of serverless and event\-driven design patterns. * Exposure to AI/ML workloads on cloud environments. **Soft Skills** * Excellent communication and documentation abilities. * Strong ownership mindset and proactive problem\-solving. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in distributed teams. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary aligned with experience. * Fully remote work environment. * Professional growth opportunities in backend and cloud architecture. * A dynamic and collaborative international engineering culture.
