Opportunity to manage staff inquiries and optimize resource efficiency The role of the **Scheduler** is to focus on ensuring excellence of service quality across medical, operational and security assistance services delivered through our Regional Assistance Centres to enable the highest possible outcome in all cases. This role ensures the careful and deliberate coordination of personnel scheduling 24 hours 365 days a year across the medical, operations and security functions across the Mexico City, Philadelphia, Singapore Follow\-the\-Sun, and remote work locations. **Required Skills and Knowledge** · Courteous and professional management of staff inquiries, requests, and preferences for scheduling balancing Assistance Centre business rules and operational schedule requirements · Hands\-on with a strong sense of urgency, and willing to “roll sleeves up.” · Statistical and analysis skills · Extensive experience in multi\-tasking environment · Ability to follow directions and apply proper policies, procedures, and guidelines · Provide real\-time monitoring via available tools and workforce management techniques to make adjustments in an effort to maximize resource efficiency and achieve service level goals/business objectives. · Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with clarity, brevity and accuracy. · Ability to prepare and deliver timely and accurate reporting to management. · Experience of delivering services in a contact center environment desirable. · Previous Operations Experience required. * Able to independently problem solve, plan and organize resources. * Able to smoothly resolve conflicts. · Proven proficiency in the following Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other workforce management applications. **Excellent written and spoken level of English required.** Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado Sueldo: $30,000\.00 \- $40,000\.00 al mes Beneficios: * Seguro de gastos médicos mayores * Seguro de vida * Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
