Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and hands\-on Finance professional (5–10 years of experience) to join our team. The successful candidate will work directly with the CFO (dispatched from HQ) to oversee financial operations, ensure data integrity, and provide critical financial analysis. This role requires strong expertise in SAP, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to generate accurate reports for high\-level decision\-making. You will act as a key liaison between the local plant and the HQ leadership. 2\. Key Responsibilities * Strategic Support \& Reporting: Assist the CFO in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for HQ. * Data Management (SAP): Manage and oversee financial data within the SAP system, ensure data accuracy for cost accounting and general ledger. * Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance, variances, and operational costs to support strategic business decisions. * Communication: Act as the primary communication channel between the local finance team and the Korean CFO, translating complex local financial issues into business English. * Compliance \& Audit: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and internal control policies; support internal/external audits. 3\. Qualifications * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. * Experience: 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting in manufacturing industry. (Mid\-level Manager / Supervisor level). * Language: o English: Advanced/Business level is MANDATORY.
