Resolución de incidentes y propuestas de optimización operativa LOGISTICS OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE Job Description: We are a company specializing in national and international logistics and are hiring an Operations Executive with experience in logistics operations, focused on the daily management of import and export shipments. This is an operational position requiring practical knowledge of the internal workings of a Freight Forwarder, simultaneous management of operations, and constant interaction with international clients and suppliers. Main Responsibilities: * Opening, monitoring, and closing operational files in the system. * Timely tracking of import and export shipments via air, sea, and land. * Direct coordination with shipping lines, airlines, carriers, and international agents. * Management of export bookings and follow\-up on confirmations. * Constant communication with clients to provide updates on status, references, issues, and timelines. * Preparation and review of Freight Forwarder operational documentation (HBL, shipping instructions, billing requests, and guarantee reimbursements). • Identification and resolution of operational incidents. * Control of time, costs, and compliance with internal processes. * Proposal of improvements to optimize daily operations. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field. * Experience: 2 years in operations within a freight forwarder. * English: Advanced/conversational level. * Excel: Intermediate level.
