**Job Description:** **Escolaridad:** Bachelor´s of Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering. **Objetivo General:** Ensure conformance results of product validation of Milwaukee Tools through reliability engineering skills. **Conocimientos, experiencia, habilidades:** * 1\-3 years of experience in new product development processes, emphasizing design. * Advanced knowledge of RCA methods as 8D. * Previous relevant experience with Design of Experiments, life data analysis, and other statistical tools and software (i.e, Minitab, ReliaSoft, MonteCarlo). * Experience with test plan development. * Advanced experience on mechanical and electronics * Collaborate with teams in the U.S an Asia for technical benchmarketing and resolving questions. * Perform statistical analysis (Weibull, reliability distributions, matrices) to interpret test results and generate reports with clear conclusion. * Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with established timelines and processes.
