Resumen del Puesto: This role involves planning, forecasting, and scheduling materials, maintaining inventory levels, and collaborating with various teams to ensure operational efficiency and meet customer demands. Creates plans, forecasts, and schedules relating to materials required and maintains proper inventory levels to meet operational requirements. **Job Requirements** Estrecha comunicación diaria con el equipo de Cust Care para abordar los requisitos del cliente. 2\. Revise MRP controller (Revisar los planes de produccion) y liberar órdenes de producción según la capacidad y la disponibilidad de material para respaldar la demanda del cliente, manteniendo los niveles de inventario dentro del objetivo. 3\. Revisar y ejecutar Exception Code (mensajes) en el sistema (ejemplo: 10, 15, 20 y 96\): a) Bring Process Forward (Expeditar) b) Postpone Process (Posponer el Recibo Planeado) c) Cancel Process (Cancelar el Recibo Planeado) d) Stock Fallen Below Safety Stock Level (Nivel de Safety Stock no Cubierto) 4\. Revise y ejecute bloques de entrega diarios para comunicarse con el equipo de Cust Care de manera proactiva (10, 61, WR, ER, etc.) 5\. Siga el proceso de escalamiento apropiado para comunicar a tiempo cualquier situación que pueda poner en riesgo el desempeño normal del negocio. 6\. Trabaje en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de control de producción para publicar el programa de producción semanal y supervisar el cumplimiento del programa. 7\. Revisión mensual de la demanda del cliente para nivelar adecuadamente la carga. 8\. Análisis y seguimiento semanal de los KPI de planificación, entrega a tiempo, vencimiento y tiempo de ejecución. **What your background should look like** Ing.
