Our award\-winning seating solutions are developed from consumer research, finding the ease of operation to be comfortable, convenient and connected.**Job Responsibilities:** ### **Perfil del Candidato** Buscamos **practicantes con alto interés en la mejora de procesos y optimización operativa**, que deseen desarrollar experiencia práctica en entornos industriales reales. ### **Requisitos Indispensables** * Estudiante de **últimos semestres de Ingeniería Industrial**, Ingeniería en Procesos, Ingeniería en Manufactura o carrera afín. * Disponibilidad para cumplir con horario de prácticas. ### **Conocimientos Técnicos Requeridos** * **Dominio de MS Office** (Excel intermedio–avanzado, PowerPoint). * **Ingeniería de Métodos**. * **Toma de tiempos y balanceo de líneas**. * **Diseño y análisis de Layouts** * **Piezas a escala y diagramación** * **Trabajo estandarizado (Standard Work)**. * **Simulación de procesos** ### **Actividades Principales** * Apoyo en proyectos de **Mejora Continua y Lanzamiento de Nuevos Procesos** * Análisis de procesos productivos y administrativos. * Elaboración de **estudios de tiempos y movimientos**. * Desarrollo y actualización de **layouts de áreas productivas**. * Documentación de **trabajo estandarizado**. * Generación de **gráficos, reportes y simulaciones** para análisis de procesos. ### **Competencias y Habilidades** * Pensamiento analítico y orientación a resultados. * Organización y atención al detalle. * Capacidad para trabajar con datos y gráficos. * Trabajo en equipo. * Proactividad y deseo de aprendizaje. ### **Herramientas Deseables** * AutoCAD o similar (no indispensable). * Conocimiento básico en Lean Manufacturing. * Manejo de Excel con tablas dinámicas y gráficos. **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
