implementación, análisis y mejora de controles de seguridad patrimonial, prevención de riesgos y atención a incidentes que puedan afectar la continuidad del negocio.\n\n**Perfil del puesto**\n\n**Formación académica:**\n\n* Licenciatura en Seguridad Pública, Administración, Criminología, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.\n\n**Experiencia:**\n\n* Mínimo 2 en áreas de seguridad patrimonial, resguardo de activos, seguridad física o gestión de riesgos (Preferentemente en industrias alimenticias cosméticas o manufactureras).\n\n**Conocimientos:**\n\n* Técnicas de prevención de pérdidas, control patrimonial, pérdidas y protección de activos.\n* Manejo de CCTV, alarmas y controles de acceso.\n* Análisis de riesgos, elaboración de mapas de vulnerabilidades.\n* Normatividad en seguridad patrimonial (ISO 28000, BASC, C\\-TPAT deseable).\n* Lineamientos de protección civil\n* Elaboración de reportes e investigaciones de incidentes a través de la investigación.\n* Office 360 / Google Workspace\n\n**Funciones y Responsabilidades**\n\n· Elaboración e implementación de procedimientos de seguridad patrimonial.\n\n· Identificar vulnerabilidades en instalaciones, procesos y operaciones, mediante análisis de vulnerabilidades y mapas de riesgo.\n\n· Evaluar incidentes de seguridad y proponer medidas correctivas y preventivas.\n\n· Desarrollar, implementar y evaluar controles de seguridad física, operativa y tecnológica.\n\n· Dar seguimiento a incidentes de seguridad y coordinar acciones de mitigación.\n\n· Administrar y supervisar sistemas de videovigilancia, controles de acceso, alarmas y cercos perimetrales.\n\n· Revisar la seguridad en puntos críticos: almacenes, producción, áreas de carga/descarga, oficinas y laboratorios.\n\n· Controlar y verificar la entrada/salida de materias primas, producto terminado, activos y vehículos.\n\n· Monitorear el cumplimiento de protocolos de acceso y control de entradas/salidas de personal, visitantes y proveedores.\n\n· Apoyar en la coordinación de rondines de seguridad.\n\n· Participar en investigaciones internas sobre pérdidas, robos, daños o incidentes relacionados con seguridad.\n\n· Elaborar reportes con hallazgos y recomendaciones.\n\n· Mantener actualizados registros de incidencias, accesos, pérdidas y hallazgos.\n\n· Elaborar informes de riesgos y presentar estadísticas de seguridad patrimonial.\n\n· Apoyar en el cumplimiento de normativas legales y lineamientos internos en materia de seguridad.\n\n· Colaborar en auditorías internas y externas de seguridad patrimonial.\n\n· Participar en programas de capacitación para personal operativo y administrativo en temas de seguridad patrimonial, prevención de pérdidas y actuación ante emergencias.\n\n**Habilidades y
