You will be the operational backbone of Bizee’s engineering organization. This role owns the end\-to\-end engineering operating model—defining how work is intake’d, prioritized, planned, executed, and reported. **What You’ll Own** * Define and own Bizee’s engineering operating model, establishing how work is intake’d, prioritized, planned, executed, and delivered with predictability and accountability. * Lead end\-to\-end program management for complex technical initiatives across platform modernization, data, AI, and infrastructure, including roadmaps, milestones, risks, and delivery reporting. * Translate complex, cross\-team technical work into clear execution plans with owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes. * Establish and maintain executive\- and team\-level dashboards that surface delivery health, velocity, risks, and early indicators of execution issues, translating technical metrics into business impact. * Operationalize SOC 2 within engineering by defining change management processes, documentation standards, and audit\-ready evidence workflows in partnership with Security and Compliance. * Orchestrate execution across Engineering, Platform, Data, AI/ML, Product, and Design, managing dependencies, unblocking teams, and ensuring technical initiatives land cleanly. **What You'll Bring** **Required Experience** * 8\+ years of Technical Program Management in SaaS, platform, or high\-scale engineering environments * Proven track record designing and implementing engineering operating models from scratch * Experience with SOC 2 compliance, audit preparation, or security/compliance program management * Strong understanding of modern engineering systems: APIs, microservices, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and ML\-in\-production * Demonstrated success orchestrating cross\-functional, multi\-quarter technical programs * Experience building dashboards and reporting systems (Jira, Linear, custom tooling) **Skills \& Attributes** * High operational rigor: you bring structure, clarity, sequencing, and accountability * Ability to partner deeply with engineering leads while communicating clearly to executives * Comfort with ambiguity and ability to impose order on chaos without losing the team * A builder's mindset: detail\-oriented, high ownership, proactive, and unafraid of hard conversations * **Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus for team collaboration** Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Beneficios: * Ayuda o servicio de transporte * Estacionamiento gratuito * Programa de referidos * Seguro de gastos médicos * Seguro de gastos médicos mayores * Seguro de la vista * Seguro dental * Servicio de gimnasio Idioma: * Inglés avanzado (Obligatorio) Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 45116, Puerta Aqua, Jal.
