Material Management Associate Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping of electronic components. Design and optimize the layout of the warehouse to ensure efficient utilization of space and minimize errors in material handling. Manage stock levels and perform routine inventory reconciliations to maintain accuracy and avoid overstocking or stockouts. Implement and manage backflush material management processes to ensure seamless alignment between production and inventory counts. Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure electronic components meet required standards and specifications (e.g., flash memory, motherboards, CPUs, and RAM). Inspect and evaluate incoming and outgoing materials for compliance with manufacturing and quality requirements. Develop corrective action plans to address quality deviations and continuously improve warehouse processes. Identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement methodologies to streamline material flows and reduce waste. Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to monitor inventory, organize data, and improve operational efficiency. Ensure accurate implementation of bill\-of\-material (BOM) changes in alignment with backflush material requirements. Train and supervise warehouse staff on quality protocols, safety guidelines, and the proper handling of electronic components. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning within the warehouse team. **Qualifications \& Skills:** **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, with expertise in handling electronic components like flash memory, motherboards, CPUs, and RAM. Proven track record in quality management and inventory control. Prior experience with backflush material management systems is highly preferred. Certifications (Preferred): Lean Six Sigma, APICS CPIM/CSCP, or other relevant certifications.
