This role is ideal for a senior technology professional who enjoys **leading technical teams, designing scalable data solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex integration projects**. The selected candidate will oversee the **design, development, and implementation of ETL and data integration solutions**, while also guiding the team on architecture standards, coding best practices, and DevOps processes. The position follows a **hybrid work model in Toluca (3 days onsite)**. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate a team of developers, analysts, and technical specialists across data integration initiatives. Define technical standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices to ensure high\-quality and scalable solutions. Design, review, and validate technical solutions for high\-impact enterprise projects. Oversee development and maintenance of ETL processes, preferably using IBM DataStage. Manage and optimize Oracle databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and availability. Develop and review code following best practices, particularly using Python. Manage tasks, stories, and sprint deliverables through Jira, ensuring timely completion of project objectives. Leverage tools such as Copilot to improve development productivity, code quality, and documentation. Participate in CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps practices including version control, deployment automation, and integration processes. Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure technical and functional alignment. Identify technical risks, propose solutions, and ensure the delivery of reliable and scalable technology solutions. Mentor team members, support their technical growth, and foster a collaborative and innovative engineering culture. Required Skills Experience leading technical teams in data integration or enterprise software development environments. Strong experience working with Oracle databases. Experience managing or supervising ETL development (IBM DataStage preferred). Solid programming knowledge in Python. Experience working with Jira or similar task and project management tools. Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to make technical decisions. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
