For more information, visit our website at www.wireco.com. **Descripción del empleo** The TPM Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment operates under optimal conditions to prevent breakdowns and delays in manufacturing processes. This role focuses on improving equipment and facility availability and performance through reliability analysis, structured maintenance methodologies, and continuous technological updates. The TPM Engineer must exhibit WireCo Business System (WBS) behaviors: * Teamwork \- welcomes an environment of inclusion and healthy debate that reflects the strength of our team * Accountable \- celebrates our successes, learns from failures, avoids excuses and takes ownership of the results of our efforts * Self\-Aware \- demonstrates an understanding of our strengths and needs, considering how our actions impact others * Noble Intention \- acts in the interest of others, We approach our work with integrity to ensure the best outcome * Determined \- take initiative, share ideas and find solutions to win and achieve our goals * Transparent \- promote open and honest communication and constructive feedback for clarity and truth * Curious \- seek external insights and input to test our thinking, challenging the status quo **Functions and responsibilities** * Support the implementation of a highly mature TPM structure with a strong focus on continuous improvement, planned maintenance, and competency development. * Lead the team in achieving critical KPI targets, including OEE, Technical Availability %, MTBF, and MTTR. * Develop and implement cost\-reduction strategies within maintenance activities. * Create and continuously improve a highly effective planned maintenance program with high on\-time completion rates and documented PM work standards. * Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System as it relates to maintenance processes. * Coordinate maintenance activities to achieve defined maintenance objectives and performance metrics. * Ensure that all manuals, diagrams, control programs, and electronic/mechanical maintenance procedures are properly recorded and documented. **Requisitos** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field. * Practical understanding of TPM program requirements. * Knowledge and mindset aligned with 5S principles. * Experience with failure analysis methods, root cause analysis, countermeasures, and equipment reliability analysis. * Knowledge of industrial safety standards (lockout/tagout, pressure vessels, working at heights, electrical installations). * Understanding of Industry 4\.0 concepts. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Maintenance or similar roles. * Experience in process development and/or manufacturing environments. **Soft Skills** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong proactive, analytical, problem solving, planning, and organizational skills. * Exceptional continuous improvement skills across both direct and indirect areas. * Ability to work and lead effectively in a multicultural, diverse, and international work environment. **Información adicional** **Materials and equipment used directly** * Standard office equipment: computer, mouse, keyboard, telephone, multifunction photocopier **Additional Information:** * All applicants will be considered * Must be legally able to work in Mexico without restrictions * Must be over 18 years of age * Equal opportunity
