Oversee office maintenance and vendor relationships **Location** Santa Fe, CDMX **Department** Administration **General purpose of the position:** The Office Manager is responsible for the overall administration of the office, including the reception area, facilities, and administrative support. **Position tasks / Responsibilities** * People Support: Provide professional and efficient support to employees and clients, both in person and by phone, addressing their inquiries and concerns. * Communication Hub: Serve as the central point for receiving and delivering messages and correspondence to employees and visitors. * Administration: Assist the departments in administrative tasks, including updating employee databases, drafting employee communications, organizing personnel files, and managing document archives. * Employee Engagement: Coordinate and facilitate events and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work culture. * Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new employees by facilitating orientation sessions, coordinating equipment setup, and providing facility tours and introductions. * Travel Coordination: Manage travel arrangements for company employees, including booking flights and accommodations, processing travel requests, and handling related purchase orders. * Facility Management: Oversee office maintenance and vendor relationships, address building and parking issues, and manage access credentials for employees. * Celebration Coordination: Organize birthday celebrations for employees, including purchasing cakes and coordinating with cleaning staff to prepare the dining area for celebrations. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree. * 2 years of related experience (office manager, facilities manager, administrative assistant, receptionist) * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Advanced English * Professional appearance * Desired: Prior experience as an office manager or facilities manager **Equal Opportunity Employer:** We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
