Crown was founded with the goal of valuing and promoting sustainability and this vision continues to be essential to our long\-term future. **Job Description:** Operador de Paletizador Descripción Asegurarla operación del proceso paletizado con base a los estandares, procedimientos, controles y politicas establecidas por Crown bajo un proceso de mejora continua minimizando tiempos, oprtimizando materiales y dando soporte a los mecánicos líderes para el logro de las metas establecidas en los indicadores operativos, el crecimiento, permanencia y rentabilidad del negocio, asegurando el cumplimiento de las necesidades de nuestros clientes Requisitos Carrera Técnica o bachillerato tecnológico en Electromecánica, Mantenimiento Industrial, Mecatrónica, Máquinas y herramientas, Afín Certificaciones y competencias Control Estadístico del Proceso • Sentido de responsabilidad • Agrado por el área de producción y manufactura • 1 año mínimo en tu puesto actual Job Summary\*\* Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of palletizing machinery to stack and prepare products for shipment, ensuring adherence to quality and production standards. Job Responsibilities\*\* * Operate and monitor automated and semi\-automated palletizing equipment. * Load and unload products onto conveyors and pallets according to established procedures. * Inspect products for defects or damage before and after palletization. * Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the palletizing equipment. * Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout. * Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance on machinery. * Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues or concerns. * Complete necessary production logs and reports accurately. * Assist in other warehouse or production tasks as needed.
