This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely entry of customer data, order information, and service records, while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review documentation identifying customer requirements. * Accurately input customer orders, service requests, and product data into ERP and CRM systems. * Maintain and update customer records, ensuring compliance with aerospace industry standards. * Generate reports and summaries for internal use and customer follow\-ups. * Support the CFT Team with administrative tasks and documentation. * Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all processes. Experiencia y requisitos **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree (not required but preferred). * Experience working on computer applications (Email, Excel). * Experience in data entry or customer service, preferably in manufacturing or aerospace. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Familiarity with ERP systems. (Preferred). * Good organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment. * Proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written). 50% English is acceptable. **Preferred Skills:** * Detail oriented. * Punctual. * Proactive and results oriented. * Experience in regulated industries (automotive, medical, aerospace). * Basic understanding of Order entry.
