Resumen del Puesto: El Coordinador de QMS implementará, gestionará, coordinará y asegurará el cumplimiento de los estándares del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, promoviendo la mejora continua. Colaboración en iniciativas de calidad con el departamento corporativo Descripción y detalle de las actividades The QMS Coordinator will implement, manage, coordinate, and ensure compliance with the standards of the organization's Quality Management System, promoting and encouraging staff awareness of their contribution to the implementation, monitoring, and effectiveness of the system through the monitoring and control of the processes declared within of the scope and establishment of actions for continuous improvement. * Participate in ISO 9001 Project Certification Project. * Manage all QMS document changes. * Organizes and prepares quality/QMS data for management reviews. * Collaborates with DAA Corporate Quality department on quality projects and initiatives. * Tracks and monitors the progress of QMS changes. * Guides other functional departments on best practices for authoring QMS documentation. * Collaborates with the Quality Assurance Manager to determine/update the Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, and other QMS processes. * Coordinates internal audits to evaluate the performance of the quality management system and current processes in the plant, through the execution of audit programs and plans, development and administration of the team of internal auditors, and execution.
