




Summary: This role supports local IT infrastructure, provides first-level support for issues, ensures IT standards compliance, and manages projects, incidents, and local disaster recovery. Highlights: 1. Supports local IT infrastructure and users. 2. Manages and monitors local incidents, requests, and projects. 3. Maintains smooth operation of local area and network site documentation. IT Operations Advanced Engineer**What you’ll do:** Supports local infrastructure and local plant users. First level support to any Infrastructure issue, escalate to Service Desk or proper support group in division or global teams. Provides continuity to Service Desk. Maintain IT Standards aligned and up to date. Support division and global groups during projects implementation. Monitor, attend, follow up and Close Local Incidents and Requests based on ServiceDesk KPIs. Manage, follow up and close Local, Division and Global project or task assigned. Create Weekly and Monthly Infrastructure KPI Reports. Create Action Register when need it and follow up. Manage IT budget to support local Infrastructure. Follow up activities coordinated by Local IT Supervisor. Maintain smooth operation of Local Area. Plan, evaluate, and coordinate installation and/or configuration of hardware, software and/or network. Drive solutions based on future needs or current situation to optimize performance and cost. Maintain Network Site Documentation Updated. Manages the Local Disaster Recovery Plan. Responsible of monitor Local Infrastructure using all available Monitoring Tools. Coordinate third\-party maintenance for Local Infrastructure. Manage Infrastructure Lifecycle. What is required: Computer science or information technology degree.
