The role focuses on **incident management, platform stability, data refresh monitoring, access support, and user enablement**, while ensuring **audit\-ready documentation and compliance**. **Key Responsibilities** **Support \& Operations** * Provide **L1/L2 support** for SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere * Troubleshoot issues related to **data refresh, performance, access, models, and scheduling** * Monitor **jobs, data loads, integrations, and platform health** * Resolve connectivity issues with SAP and non\-SAP data sources **Access \& Security** * Support **user access, roles, and permissions** * Assist with **authentication / access\-related issues** * Participate in **access reviews and compliance documentation** **Analytics \& User Enablement** * Support **SAC stories, dashboards, calculations, and data models** * Assist business users with analytics and reporting requests * Ensure adherence to **modeling, performance, and visualization best practices** **Documentation \& Compliance** * Document **incidents, resolutions, and operational activities** * Maintain **SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles** * Ensure compliance with **GxP / SOX requirements** **Required Skills \& Experience** * Hands\-on experience with **SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)** * Strong experience with **SAP Datasphere** * Experience providing **L1/L2 application support** * Knowledge of SAP data sources (**S/4HANA, HANA, HANA Cloud, CDS**) * Understanding of **data refresh, scheduling, and monitoring** * Experience working in **enterprise and/or regulated environments** * Strong documentation and communication skills **Additional Information** All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
