Descripción y detalle de las actividades **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and define product‑specific tooling, fixtures, process parameters, and programs. * Support day‑to‑day production activities, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput. * Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and DOE initiatives to optimize processes. * Review engineering drawings and DFX reports to ensure manufacturability prior to production release. * Evaluate and qualify new materials, equipment, and manufacturing processes. * Create and maintain manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and preventive maintenance guidelines. * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement corrective actions. * Maintain compliance with site certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ANSI ESD S20\.20, IPC, etc.). * Build effective working relationships across internal and external teams and support organizational KPI achievement. Experiencia y requisitos **Qualifications** * 5\+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). * Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required. * Knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, continuous improvement tools (DPMO, FPY, Six Sigma, FMEA, etc.). * Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail. * Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and manage shifting priorities. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., WebEx). * Ability to work with diverse teams and support a 24/7 global operation. * Ability to travel up to 10%, including day and overnight trips.
