We’re expanding operations in Tijuana and need local support to help us establish our first office. **Role Overview** You’ll assist the CTO in navigating the Tijuana office market. Identifying spaces, coordinating viewings, communicating with landlords, and helping manage setup logistics. **Responsibilities** * Research and shortlist suitable office or coworking spaces (400–600 m²) in key Tijuana areas * Communicate with landlords and brokers in Spanish * Translate and summarize lease terms or property details into English * Coordinate visits, collect pricing and internet availability info * Assist with basic vendor setup (internet, utilities, etc.) * Support general local logistics for office launch **Requirements** * Strong written and spoken Spanish and English * Based in Tijuana * Reliable, organized, and comfortable negotiating with landlords or service providers **Why Join** You’ll work directly with Adamo’s leadership, helping a growing robotics company establish its Mexico presence.
