Descripción y detalle de las actividades * Compliance with the safety rules and procedures established by the organization. * Monitor compliance with the requirements established by the regulations and legislation of the various government agencies (municipal, state, and federal). * Coordinate Health and Safety training in accordance with the training plan. * Create and coordinate plans/programs for the prevention of accidents and occupational diseases. * Coordinate internal and external audits of different government agencies at the local, state, and federal levels. * Create and implement environmental engineering, safety, and health projects and programs. * Develop new administrative programs and procedures, as necessary. * Monitor and audit practices for the handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous and non\-hazardous materials and waste, including infectious biological waste, to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and laws. * Keep the internal procedures of the EHS department up to date. * Coordinate investigations of incidents and accidents. * Coordinate emergency response plans. * Other responsibilities may be assigned occasionally, depending on the requirements and needs of the department and the company itself. Experiencia y requisitos **EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:** Industrial, Environmental, or similar engineer **EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**: 2 to 3 years in a similar position **LEVEL OF ENGLISH FLUENCY:** 80% **COMPUTER USAGE:** Intermediate (Parcel office). **ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:** **Ensure strict compliance** with STPS, SEMARNAT, Civil Protection regulations, and international standards such as **ISO 14001 and ISO 45001**. **Promote and strengthen a culture of safety and prevention** at all levels of the organization. **Actively participate** in internal and external **EHS audits**, ensuring timely closure of findings and continuous improvement.
