Summary: This role involves managing origin certifications, HTS codes, and USMCA benefits, ensuring compliance with Mexican rules like IMMEX, CIVA, and FTA, and supporting CTPAT activities. Highlights: 1. Manage origin certifications and HTS codes for compliance. 2. Ensure compliance with Mexican rules (IMMEX, CIVA, FTA). 3. Support CTPAT activities and internal audits. Descripción y detalle de las actividades * Request the Origin Certification to the purchasing department. * Review the origin certification. * Make the origin certification. * Confirm the HTS code of the raw materials. * Make the setup in the annex 24 to assign the USMCA benefit. * Help in the annex 24 vs ERP systems. * BOM annex 24 vs ERP. * Scrap pedimento process. * Oracle requisition of Logistics services. other compliance support activities. * CTPAT Experiencia y requisitos * Bachelor degree. * 3 years of experiences in compliance department. * Experience with the mexican rules IMMEX, CIVA, AND FTA, US CUSTOMS. * Internal audit. * Understand technical and legal documents. * Know of laws and regulations * Critical thinking skills. * Be a good communicator, listen, and have the ability to dialogue.
