Descripción y detalle de las actividades The Quality QMS Coordinator is central point of contact for all QMS\-related activities, ensuring compliance with both internal policies and external customer requirements. This role involves managing the QMS documentation, scheduling and conducting audits, and overseeing the corrective and non\-conformance processes * Comply with safety rules and procedures and remain alert for unsafe conditions. Addresses unsafe conditions before putting people or property at risk * Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) that meets customer and regulatory requirements, including readiness for customer and third\-party audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings and CAPA closure * Develop and manage quality metrics that measure the effectiveness of the QMS, customer scorecards, and site and corporate goals * Manage corrective action program and determine the appropriate actions to be taken when deficiencies are discovered or reported * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to identify and address quality issues * Provides technical guidance on questions regarding quality systems and procedures Experiencia y requisitos **Education**: * Bachelor's degree or higher degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, quality management) **Work Experience:** * 3\-5 years of experience managing or administering a Quality Management System * Proven experience conducting internal audits and managing corrective actions * Strong working knowledge of AS9100 * Familiarity with interpreting aerospace and customer specifications. * Experience leading AS9100 \& NADCAP certification audits **Computer Skills:** * Proficient knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) **Other Skills:** * Fluent English (spoken and written) as second language * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers * Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills Preferred Qualification: * AS9100 and NADCAP internal auditor * Airworthiness experience Knowledge of aerospace customer specification (Boeing Specifications preferred) Beneficios * Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT * Seguro de vida * Fondo de ahorro * Seguro de gastos médicos * Transporte * Servicios medicos en planta * Comedor * Caja de Ahorro **Número de vacantes** 1 **Área** Calidad **Contrato** Permanente **Modalidad** Presencial **Turno** Diurno **Jornada** Tiempo Completo **Horario*** Tiempo completo * Turno Matutino * Lunes a viernes **Estudios** Carrera con título profesional **Inglés** Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado **Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
