




Descripción y detalle de las actividades Will be responsible for analyzing field returns (complaints), warranties and failure modes affecting products, finding the root cause and identifying trends of functional failures from customers due to complaints or warranties as well as internal functional failures. Experiencia y requisitos Knowledge of mechanics, electromechanics, and programming. Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies. Knowledge of statistical methods for verification and validation. Basic knowledge of project management. Knowledge of complaints, warranties, and customer service in regulated industries such as industrial, automotive, or medical. Basic knowledge of core tools and basic quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, SPC, 8Ds process capability, 5 Whys, 7 Steps, and Ishikawa diagrams. Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma, including normality analysis and data analysis.
