**The Sr. IT Specialist is responsible for ensuring the operation, availability, security, and continuity of the organization’s technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and critical business systems.** * System Installation and Configuration: * Network Management: * Technical Support: * System Maintenance: * Security Management: * Vendor Management: * Collaboration with Other Departments **Academic Background:** * Bachelor's degree in computer systems engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field. ***Work Experience*** * 3 to 5 years of experience in the IT area. * Minimum of 2 years of experience managing infrastructure with second\-level (N2\) support. * Experience with operating systems and administration of Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP). * Experience in networking and connectivity, including configuration of routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls, and LAN/WAN concepts. * Knowledge of patch implementation, antivirus solutions, backup management, and disaster recovery plans. * Basic knowledge of managing SLAs and KPIs in IT service contracts. **Technical Skills:** * User support and troubleshooting. * Project management. **Soft Skills:** * Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Problem\-solving and continuous learning. **Languages:** * Advanced English, both written and spoken (essential). Certification or diploma as a Network Administrator (desirable). Knowledge of MCSA (Microsoft) and Cybersecurity.
