Leads the IT Support staff to execute training and orientation for new technology users of the organization and helps them become familiar with equipment and networks Experiencia y requisitos Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field (preferred). English proficiency at the B1 level, with the expectation of reaching C1 within the next six months. At least two years of proven professional experience in an IT Network Engineering role, demonstrating knowledge and proficiency in the following competencies: Networking: Protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN. Security Tools: Firewalls (SonicWall desirable), IDS/IPS, SIEM. Virtualization/Cloud: Hyper\-V, AWS, Azure networking, MS tenant. Monitoring Tools: Azure Security platform, Service Desk Plus session management. Certifications: CompTIA Network\+, Security\+ are desirable. Cybersecurity Perform vulnerability scans and patch management. Implement zero\-trust architecture and MFA. Maintain compliance with standards like ISO 27001\. Soft Skills Great communicator to understand the problem and translate it to customer. Strong problem\-solving under pressure. Ability to identify and resolve issues regarding IT in a manner that is timely. Ability to create clear documentation for non\-technical stakeholders.
