The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks to ensure high\-quality software delivery. This role requires a proactive professional with solid experience in automation testing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross\-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium. Build and enhance test automation frameworks. Execute functional, regression, integration, and end\-to\-end test cases. Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools. Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, and QA strategy discussions. Continuously improve testing processes and automation coverage. Ensure software quality standards and best practices are followed. Required Skills \& Experience Strong hands\-on experience with Selenium for test automation. Solid experience in QA automation methodologies and best practices. Experience with test frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, or similar). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). Good analytical and problem\-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in English (preferred).
