Opportunity for international travel Alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo México Finanzas, Contabilidad, Auditoría **Descripción de Puesto Externo** **Internal Audit Manager** The Audit Manager will manage audit projects, lead auditors, staff members and ensure that audit procedures are effectively performed, documented and reported. Upon completion of each audit assignment, Audit Manager I will work with project staff, and lead to providing Management and the Board of Directors with analysis, information, and recommendations in an objective, accurate, and timely fashion. **Main Responsibilities:*** Manage the performance of Risk Based audits of ADM entities mostly in North Latam countries. * Supervise and train team members * Establish defined goals and development plans for direct reports * Build relationships with company management, business units, accounting, etc. **Requirements:*** BA or BS degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent * Fluent English language. Additionally, advanced Portuguese is preferred. * Minimum 7\+ years Accounting or Audit experience is required; preferably with a large public accounting firm with FMCG \& Manufacturing clients. * FMCG, Manufacturing Industry. * Preferred US GAAP, SOX, and FCPA compliance experience. * Understanding of agriculture industry and/or commodity trading, and basic geometry preferred. * Experience in the oversight and supervision of colleague’s work. * Up to 50 % travel, including international travel mostly in North Latam. * Experience with data analytics tools, and artificial intelligence. **Skills:** * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in verbal and written formats to all levels of employees. * Must possess the capacity to deal successfully with conflict. * Aptitude to balance multiple priorities to meet stringently established deadlines. * Demonstrates leadership skills and ability to make decisions independently. * Ability to apply previously gained knowledge to new situations. * Possesses strong organizational skills.
