We are seeking a Photovoltaic Design Supervisor to lead and optimize the process of creating designs and sales proposals for residential and commercial solar systems. This person will be responsible for coordinating the design team, ensuring the technical and visual accuracy of all designs, and making sure each proposal meets quality standards, technical feasibility, and established delivery timelines. Main Responsibilities: Supervise the team of designers responsible for creating preliminary designs and sales proposals using Aurora Solar, AutoCAD, and CRM platforms. Review and validate the technical accuracy and visual quality of designs before submission. Coordinate task assignments and project tracking to ensure deadlines are met. Ensure proper application of electrical, structural, and solar design standards in every proposal. Collaborate with the sales, engineering, and operations departments to optimize communication and workflow efficiency. Implement improvements to internal processes, design standards, and technical documentation. Provide training and ongoing technical support to the design team. Monitor workload, performance metrics, and the quality of deliverables. Requirements: Proven experience in residential and/or commercial photovoltaic design. Ability to interpret electrical and construction plans. Advanced knowledge of Aurora Solar/Helioscope, AutoCAD, and experience with CRM or sales platforms. Understanding of electrical codes (NEC) and applicable local regulations (AHJ). Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to solve technical problems and optimize design processes. Intermediate to advanced level of English. Personal Qualities: Proactive leadership and a results\-oriented mindset.
