The Manufacturing Superintendent is responsible for managing production teams, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with SKF’s operational standards and strategic goals. ### **️** **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily manufacturing activities across assigned production lines. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements in productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction. * Lead and develop production supervisors and frontline teams. * Coordinate with planning, maintenance, quality, and engineering to ensure smooth operations. * Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. * Manage staffing levels, shift schedules, and resource allocation. * Support audits and ensure readiness for internal and external inspections. * Promote SKF values and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles. * Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence. * Experience in managing teams and driving results in a high\-volume production environment. * Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and production reporting tools. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. ### **Key Competencies** * Strategic thinking * Team leadership * Results orientation * Decision\-making under pressure * Continuous improvement mindset * Collaboration across departments
