We are seeking a dedicated **Corporate Office Administrator Coordinator** to ensure the seamless operation of our corporate facilities. This role requires strong administrative, budgetary, and people management skills, along with fluent English for executive reporting. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * **Facilities Management:** Oversee the administration, proper functioning, and maintenance of **four (4\) corporate office locations.** * **Vendor and Contract Management:** + Manage relationships with landlords for leased properties. + Manage service contracts (utilities, cleaning, security, etc.) and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors, facility providers, and suppliers. * **Procurement \& Inventory:** Manage the procurement of all internal company supplies, including IT equipment (computers, telephony, communication), stationery, and other corporate necessities. * **Financial \& Budget Control:** + Plan and manage the departmental budget and expenses. + Execute weekly planning of administrative and operational expenditures under your charge. * **Access \& Security Control:** Control and manage the access of both internal personnel and external visitors. * **Logistics \& Assets:** Manage parking space allocation and control corporate expense and fuel cards. * **Team Leadership:** Supervise and manage a team of **four (4\) administrative staff.** * **Executive Reporting:** Maintain conversations and prepare regular administrative reports in **English** for foreign executives. **Requirements** ---------------- * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Licenciatura en Administración o afin). * **Experience:** Proven experience in corporate real estate/office administration, facility supervision, vendor management, budget control, and team leadership. * **Language:** **Fluent English** (ability to conduct conversations and report directly to foreign executives is mandatory). * **Skills:** Strong organizational, negotiation, problem\-solving, and budget management skills. **What We Offer** ----------------- **Feature****Details****Salary****$25,000 to $30,000 MXN** gross monthly**Benefits****Superior benefits** above the legal requirements (Prestaciones superiores de ley)**Contract**Direct hiring by the company (Contratación directa)**Work Schedule**Full\-time, on\-site, with half\-day on Saturdays **Nivel de educación deseada:** Superior \- titulado **Nivel de experiencia deseada:** Nivel Experto **Función departamental:** Administrativo / Secretarial **Industria:** Servicios Financieros **Habilidades:** * ingles *Esta vacante viene de la bolsa de empleo Talenteca.com:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=692bae2d4b00002600851977\&source\=indeed*
