Specific Funtions: * Lead IATF1 audit preration ,documentation ,and compliance * Manage customer claims RMA ,PPM,desviations,and corrective actions * Lead monthly quality KPI reporting and performance review (PPT \& Excell) * Oversee PPAP, FMEA, control plan , COA, and other quality system documents * Interface with customer quality teams and lead communication on quality topics Responsability: * Act as main customer quality representative * Lead root cause analysis and implement effective CAPA actions * Maintain IATF quality system and ensure audit readiness at all times * Support internal external audits and ensure timely completation of findings * Coordinate quality communication between Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and customers * Ensure real \-time reporting of defects, sacrap trends , containment activities Education: * Degree in Industrial Engineering , Quality Engieering, Manufactucturing or simillar * Advanced power point skills for customer reporting and business presentations * Excel advanced level (pivot tables , data analysis ,KPI dashboards) * Knowledge of quality tools .PPAP , MSA.SPC,FMEA, control plan Labor Expertise: * Minimun 5 year of experience in automotive manufacturing quality * Direct customer communication experience (claims, audits deviatios) * Proven experience with IATF16949 audit management * Supplier quality exposure and corrective action leadership Lenguaje: * Ingles 80% Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: $18,000\.00 \- $22,000\.00 al mes Beneficios: * Estacionamiento de la empresa * Servicio de comedor con descuento * Vales de despensa Experiencia: * Supervisor de calidad: 3 años (Obligatorio) Idioma: * Inglés (Deseable) Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
