**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer who can establish a scalable test automation strategy across the organization. The role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and reusable regression test suites for applications built on Salesforce and non\-Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands\-on automation skills, process leadership, and the ability to mentor and guide QA teams while ensuring high product quality and faster release cycles. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Test Automation Strategy \& Process** * Define and implement the company\-wide test automation strategy covering Salesforce and non\-Salesforce applications. * Design and standardize test automation frameworks, tools, and best practices. * Establish guidelines for test suite design, reuse, maintenance, and scalability. * Drive automation coverage for regression, smoke, and critical functional testing. * **Automation Development** * Build and maintain automated test suites with a strong focus on regression testing and reusability. * Ensure automated tests are: * Modular * Maintainable * Reusable across releases and environments * Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. * Analyze test failures and work closely with development teams to resolve defects. * **Salesforce \& Non\-Salesforce Testing** * Develop and manage automation for: * Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom Salesforce apps) * Non\-Salesforce web, API, and backend applications * Handle testing across multiple environments and deployments. * **Team Leadership \& Collaboration** * Lead, mentor, and guide a team of test automation and manual testers. * Review test plans, test cases, and automation code. * Collaborate closely with Product, Development, DevOps, and Business teams. * Promote quality ownership and shift\-left testing practices. * **Quality \& Reporting** * Define and track automation KPIs and coverage metrics. * Provide regular reports on test execution, defects, and quality risks. * Continuously improve test processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. **Required Qualifications:** * **Experience** * 8\+ years of experience in Test Automation / QA Engineering * Proven experience leading QA or test automation teams * Hands\-on experience setting up automation frameworks from scratch * Strong experience with regression automation and reusable test suites * **Technical Skills** * Test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, or equivalent) * Salesforce test automation tools (e.g., Provar, Selenium for Salesforce, or similar) * API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.) * Programming/scripting skills (Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar) * CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.) * Test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, or similar) * **Testing Knowledge** * Strong understanding of: * Automation test design patterns * Regression testing strategies * Test data management * Test environment management * Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies **Nice to Have:** * Experience in Salesforce ecosystem testing * Experience with performance or security testing * Exposure to cloud platforms **Key Competencies:** * Strong leadership and mentoring skills * Ability to define and enforce testing standards * Excellent problem\-solving and analytical skills * Strong communication and stakeholder management * Ownership mindset with a focus on quality and scalability Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per year Application Question(s): * Do you reside in Mexico or South America?
