Req ID: 76890 **Description** --------------- * Realiza tareas especializadas utilizando una variedad de herramientas para construir, modificar, mantener, calibrar y reparar herramientas, troqueles, plantillas y accesorios de taller mecánico. * Trabaja con ingenieros y diseñadores de herramientas para desarrollar y modificar herramientas. Funciona a partir de planos, especificaciones y diagramas. Comprueba el trabajo con instrumentos de precisión. * Trabajar en coordinación con ingenieros de diseño a ingenieros lideres de turno funcionando como apoyo en las tareas para la realización de piezas mecánicas * Da seguimiento a proyectos y ensambles de simple y mediana complejidad * Realizar modelado de piezas mecánicas y ensambles de simple y mediana complejidad en solidworks * Brinda apoyo en el seguimiento de los programas preventivos y correctivos de mantenimiento. **Responsibilities** -------------------- The manufacturing function is responsible for activities related to the operation and production of goods while achieving speed, quality, and cost targets. The Machine Shop area oversees and assures the set up and operation of all standard machines, recommends design changes in equipment, material and/or procedures as needed. Prioritizes and maintains work schedules based on production deadlines and ensures deadlines are met. Maintains a reporting system that reflects schedules, performance, and procedures. The CMM Programming focus specializes in the operation and programming of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to accurately measure the surface area of three\-dimensional objects and interpret object blueprints for manufacturing, engineering, and quality control. This job family is in the professional level category and works independently with flexibility and authority over daily work priorities. Incumbents in this job level category may provide work direction to other employees but would not typically have the authority to discipline or reward other employees.
