Join Silicatos y Derivados S.A. de C.V.! **Day at Silicatos y Derivados S.A. de C.V.** * Monitor and track the company’s production costs * Prepare annual, monthly, and project\-based budgets, ensuring they align with financial objectives. * Analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs, identify causes, and propose solutions. * Coordinate with the production, purchasing, and finance departments to obtain reliable and up\-to\-date data. * Generate reports on costs, margins, and profitability by product, line, or customer. * Evaluate the financial impact of changes in processes, raw materials, or suppliers. * Supervise the proper valuation of inventories of raw materials, work\-in\-progress, and finished products. * Participate in internal and external audits, providing the necessary information in a timely manner. * Implement and maintain standard costing or job\-order costing systems as required. * Propose cost\-reduction initiatives without compromising quality or safety. * Review and validate the accounting records of costs and their correct application in ERP systems. * Support the financial analysis of new projects, investments, and operational strategies. * Ensure the integrity and accuracy of cost information used in decision\-making. * Keep up to date on accounting and tax regulations, as well as best practices in cost management. **What we're looking for** * High level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken. **(required)** * SAP experience and advanced Excel skills. **(required)** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * 3\-5 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles. * Expertise in bank reconciliations and transactions, domestic and international payments, and the use of banking platforms and online portals. * High attention to detail and strong analytical skills * Clear written and verbal communication * Ability to prioritize in a deadline\-driven environment * Collaborative approach with the other departments.
